I am an occupational therapist with 20 years experience. I work in school and kindergarten settings and work with families to support their children to thrive. I can provide personalised parent coaching sessions to help establish healthy routines and practices around technology use at home. I consult, support and present to primary schools, parent and community groups about digital wellbeing for younger children.

 

 As a parent of two boys, I understand the challenges that come with navigating the digital world in a healthy way.

Seeing the discord in families managing screen time and the negative impact on children's development motivated me to complete my Master of Public Health - Research to extend my influence and expertise in this area.

I am currently actively involved in a number of research projects and always looking to collaborate!
